Job Title: Traffic Coordinator

At Mj Quinn Integrated Services Ltd, we are seeking a highly skilled Traffic Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth flow of traffic management operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Update and maintain the TM Works Diary, including resource allocation
  • Receive and respond to TM request forms in a timely manner
  • Create and update job packs to ensure accurate and efficient delivery
  • Update and chase photo records to ensure compliance and quality
  • Flag non-compliant photos and take corrective action
  • Create quotes and invoices, log data, and send to relevant parties
  • Update, collate, and chase fuel receipts and defect sheets
  • Update and chase audits to ensure compliance and quality
  • Liaise with councils for various applications and approvals
  • Raise purchase orders and enter them onto the tracker
  • Utilize spreadsheets with advanced features such as conditional formatting and formulae
  • Work collaboratively with the team and communicate professionally
  • Make informed judgment calls and answer queries promptly
  • Check progress and upload files into CRM/Deponet
  • Produce purchase orders and update relevant spreadsheets

Requirements:

  • Traffic management experience is desirable but not essential
  • Proficiency in computer software, particularly Excel and Word
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
  • Capacity to work effectively in a busy office setting
