About the Role

We are looking for an exceptional Clinical Manager to lead our veterinary clinics in Birmingham and the surrounding areas. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, improving operational efficiency, and delivering high-quality patient care.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in veterinary management, with experience in leading teams and developing strategies to achieve business goals. You will be a natural communicator, able to build strong relationships with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders.

Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience in veterinary management, with a strong track record of leadership and business growth
  • Degree in veterinary medicine or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop and implement effective solutions
