About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Dental Nurse to join our Oral & Maxillofacial/Orthodontic Department. This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional patient care and contributing to a high-performing team.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of three years' post-registration experience, with a broad range of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery and Orthodontic clinical experience within a hospital setting. They will be qualified in dental nursing and hold two post-registration qualifications, such as Sedation nursing, Oral Health Education or Orthodontic Nursing.

In this role, you will assist the Oral & Maxillofacial/Orthodontic Department Manager in creating and maintaining an environment where team members can contribute to their maximum potential in providing high-standard patient care. You will assess, plan, implement and evaluate programmes of evidence-based dental nursing care, working unsupervised and demonstrating procedures to qualified and/or unqualified staff.
