About the Role:

We are looking for a talented Data Centre Solutions Manager to join our team at CBRE. As a Data Centre Solutions Manager, you will be responsible for managing the development of new business opportunities from initiation through contract negotiation to implementation.

The successful candidate will have excellent sales-focused contract negotiation skills, with a proven track record of working with, educating, and influencing a broad range of internal and external stakeholders at all levels.

In this role, you will be responsible for negotiating and agreeing contracts on a timely basis to the mutual satisfaction of both parties. You will also be involved in the sales, tender, or re-tender process, adopting and agreeing the best negotiation strategy with internal stakeholders.

Achieving a signed contract document is a key success criterion for this role. Additionally, you will be responsible for promoting compliance with policy and procedures, attending business unit, account, contract, or project reviews to promote best practice.

This role requires a self-motivated individual who is experienced and comfortable with complex problem-solving and providing solutions-based advice and guidance to multiple stakeholders. You should have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with fluency in English.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Negotiate and agree contracts
  • Enable the development of new business opportunities from initiation through contract negotiation to implementation
  • Promote compliance with policy and procedures

Requirements:

  • Degree qualified or equivalent
  • At least five years' relevant experience in a commercial role
  • Sales-focused contract negotiation skills

Salary: £65,000 - £90,000 per annum
