We are seeking a highly skilled Canine Rehabilitation Specialist to join our team at The Retreat, Canine Hydrotherapy and Rehabilitation. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care and rehabilitation services to our canine clients.
Main Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough assessments of canine clients to determine their rehabilitation needs.
- Develop and implement tailored treatment plans to achieve optimal rehabilitation outcomes.
- Collaborate with canine owners to ensure effective communication and achieve the best possible rehabilitation results.
- Liaise with veterinary practices and other professionals to ensure seamless care and rehabilitation.
- Promote the benefits of hydrotherapy and physiotherapy to canine owners and the wider community.
Key Tasks:
- Deliver high-quality rehabilitation services to canine clients.
- Communicate effectively with canine owners and other stakeholders.
- Respond to enquiries and provide information to canine owners and other professionals.
- Foster strong relationships with canine owners and other professionals.
- Contribute to the development of educational materials and workshops to promote the benefits of hydrotherapy and physiotherapy.
- Participate in social media and advertising campaigns to promote the centre and its services.
- Maintain accurate records and complete administrative tasks.
- Ensure the centre is maintained in accordance with health and safety regulations.
Requirements:
Applicants should hold a canine hydrotherapy qualification (minimum Level 3 Certificate in Hydrotherapy for Small Animals) and ideally a qualification in veterinary physiotherapy.
