Youth Dance Education Specialist

Responsibilities:
- Teaching Classes: Develop and teach engaging dance classes for children aged 3-12, focusing on ballet and tap techniques.
- Lesson Planning: Create and implement lesson plans that cater to different age groups and skill levels.

- Communication: Maintain open communication with parents, ensuring they are informed about their child's progress and any upcoming events or performances.
Requirements:
- Passion for Dance: A deep love and understanding of ballet and tap techniques, with experience in teaching children.
- Education and Qualifications: A degree in dance education or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with children of all ages and backgrounds.
- Physical Demands: Ability to stand, move, and walk for extended periods, with occasional bending and lifting required.
