About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled Global Network Operations Manager to oversee daily operations, troubleshoot issues, and implement critical network infrastructure.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in network administration, troubleshooting, and design within complex environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain a complex global network infrastructure environment.
  • Oversee daily operations, including incident management and on-call support.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to provide network security guidance and recommendations.
  • Ensure uptime, stability, monitoring, and policy maintenance for supported systems.
  • Maintain and update operational, configuration, and knowledge management documentation.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in network administration, troubleshooting, and design within complex environments.
  • Strong knowledge of LAN/WAN technologies and protocols.
  • Experience with NGFW, SASE, and managing Firewall infrastructure.
  • Proficiency with F5 load balancers and SSL VPN solutions.

What We Offer:

An estimated salary of £60,000 - £70,000 per annum, depending on experience.
