Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage Client Records: Ensure accurate and up-to-date management of digital and physical client files.
  • Billing and Invoicing: Prepare and send invoices, following up on outstanding payments from clients.
  • Order Office Supplies: Maintain adequate stock levels of necessary supplies, placing orders when required.
  • Assist with Travel Arrangements: Arrange travel and accommodation for directors as needed for client meetings or conferences.
  • Maintain Confidentiality: Comply with firm policies by ensuring all client and project information remains confidential.
Requirements:
  • At least 1 year of experience in an office-based environment.
  • Proficiency in computer applications.

This position is available as a full-time, permanent contract. The estimated salary for this role is £24,000 - £28,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
