Mental Health Nursing Specialist

We are looking for an experienced mental health nurse to join our team as a care coordinator for complex needs. The successful candidate will work closely with the multidisciplinary team to assess, review, and support patients allocated or using the services of the Intensive Outreach Team.
As a CPN, you will be responsible for coordinating the care needs of a defined group of service users and their carers within a defined catchment area/locality. This will involve working collaboratively with other agencies and professionals to ensure that patients receive high-quality care and support.
The role offers a competitive salary of £32,000 - £42,000 per annum, plus the opportunity to work in diverse locations and experience different healthcare settings. In addition, we offer ongoing support for Continuing Professional Development (CPD), revalidation, and mandatory training, which will enable you to develop your skills and expertise and enhance your career prospects.
You will have the flexibility to choose between full-time or part-time positions to fit your schedule, and you will be required to work independently, taking ownership of your caseload and making decisions about patient care.
Requirements- Bachelor's degree in nursing or equivalent qualification.
- Current registration with the NMC.
- Experience of working in a mental health setting.
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
