Event Planner Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and skilled Event Planner to join our team at Cats Protection. In this role, you will plan and deliver fundraising events in various locations within the designated areas (ME9, ME10, ME11, ME12, and ME13).

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement event plans that meet our organization's goals and objectives.
  • Work closely with the treasurer to ensure accurate financial reporting and fund allocation.
  • Maintain compliance with event regulations and obtain necessary licenses and permits.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:
  • A strong understanding of local community dynamics.
  • An ability to commit approximately 2-3 hours per week.
  • A flexible work arrangement allowing remote or office-based work.
Additional Information:

Volunteers must be over 18 years old. Online training will be provided upon request. Please note that support and training will be provided to ensure your success in this role.
