Outreach Substance Abuse Treatment Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Nurse to join our team at The Forward Trust as a Band 6 Substance Misuse Outreach Nurse.
This is a permanent opportunity for someone who wants to make a real difference in the lives of others by providing high-quality treatment and support services to individuals in their recovery journey.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver clinical and psychosocial interventions to service users
- Work collaboratively with an integrated substance misuse team
- Support service users in their recovery from drug or alcohol addiction
Requirements:
- NMC registered (active NMC pin)
- Experience in Substance Misuse
- Ability to work with vulnerable adults presenting complex needs
