Nurse Assessor Role at Donard Recruitment

We are seeking a qualified Nurse Assessor to join our team at Donard Recruitment. In this role, you will provide comprehensive assessments for the Government's disability allowance (PIP) and ensure a safe, inclusive, and empathetic service for the service user.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver face-to-face and virtual assessments for PIP claims
  • Manage caseloads from initial review calls to final reports
  • Assess a range of health conditions and disabilities affecting claimants

Requirements:

  • Qualified Nurse, Mental Health Nurse, Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist, or Paramedic
  • Valid registration on NMC or HCPC without restrictions

Benefits:

  • Basic salary of £38,500 - £41,500 per annum
  • 5% retention bonus rising to 10%
  • Hybrid full-time and part-time working hours available
  • Training options: 12 weeks (full-time), 14 weeks (4 days/week), and 17 weeks (3 days/week)
