Early Years Educator Job Summary

We are seeking a qualified Early Years Educator to join our First Steps Nursery team at the Royal Devon University Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust.

The successful candidate will have experience in creating a safe and stimulating environment that promotes the development of young children.

This is a challenging yet rewarding role that involves working closely with parents/carers, providing regular updates on their child's progress and engaging them in the child's learning journey.

You will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating the care and development of the children who attend First Steps Nursery.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Degree in Early Years Education or related field
  • Experience in creating a nurturing environment that fosters the growth of young children
  • Ability to work closely with parents/carers to provide feedback and implement necessary change
