Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Claims Processor to process and settle complex claims related to aviation, energy, marine, and liability within the global market. Your primary responsibility will be to review and assess various types of claims, communicate with clients and stakeholders, and maintain accurate claim files and documentation.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • CII qualification or working towards preferred
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
  • Reviewing and prioritizing incoming claims
  • Analysing claim documentation and supporting evidence
  • Liaising with internal and external stakeholders
  • Maintaining accurate claim records and databases
