Position Summary

A high-performing secondary school in Solihull seeks an accomplished Teaching Geographer to contribute to the education and personal growth of its students. This esteemed institution values its staff members' ability to inspire curiosity and enthusiasm for geographical subjects among its students.

The successful applicant will design and execute engaging geography lessons, tailored to cater to the needs of KS3 and KS4 students. They will foster a love of learning among these students by crafting interactive and immersive lesson plans that bring the subject to life.

Main Duties:
  1. Develop and implement geography curricula for KS3 and KS4 students.
  2. Assess student progress and adapt instruction to meet individual learning needs.
  3. Maintain accurate records of student performance and attendance.
  4. Collaborate with colleagues to improve curriculum delivery and enhance student outcomes.
Minimum Qualifications:

? Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
? Experience in teaching geography to KS3 and KS4 level
? Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Compensation Package:

£40,000 - £60,000 per year
