Job Title: Commissioning Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Commissioning Manager to join our team at Matchtech. The successful candidate will play a vital role in the expansion, operation, and maintenance of water assets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the Asset Integration Team, ensuring seamless transition from construction, commissioning, and into operation.
  • Work collaboratively with Main Contractors to provide visionary leadership and ensure commissioning processes, procedures, and programmes are of the highest standard.
  • Monitor compliance with requirements in asset design, delivery, and testing, and work with contractors to address issues and improve processes.
  • Ensure health and safety are at the forefront of everything completed.
  • Support contractor and Operations liaison during the design process, promoting innovation, best practice, and compliance with quality standards.
  • Communicate and report with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Oversee the commissioning of the project as a whole, engaging with all Contractors and Work Packages within the project.
Requirements:
  • Relevant Bachelor's degree.
  • Extensive experience of commissioning and testing or asset management.
  • Professionally qualified or qualified by experience.
  • Experience of using Contract Management and ERP software would be an advantage.
  • Must have a driving license and access to a car.
