As a Senior Engineer - Flexible Pipelines Expert at TechnipFMC, you will be responsible for designing and developing flexible pipe systems for offshore applications. Your expertise will be crucial in ensuring the safe and efficient operation of these systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop flexible pipe cross-sections, end-fittings, and perform mechanical behavior and stress calculations
  • Conduct flexible pipe global analysis, service life / fatigue, interference, in-place analysis, and on-bottom stability
  • Develop flexible pipe dynamic riser configuration designs and optimize them for improved performance
  • Prepare technical documentation and reports for flexible pipe systems
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality engineering deliverables

Requirements:

  • Master's or Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent with 5-10 years of experience in the field
  • Strong technical skills in engineering, with expertise in flexible pipe systems
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to coach and mentor junior engineers
  • Positive attitude, with the ability to adapt to new technology and work with diverse cultures
  • Flexible and able to handle hectic periods, with a strong focus on HSE and Quality
