The Gainsborough Bath Spa is a 5-star hotel located in the heart of the World Heritage Site, offering a unique culture where guests enjoy a relaxed experience.

We are seeking a Hotel Duty Manager to lead our front office team and deliver exceptional guest service. As a leader, you will work closely with the receptionists to ensure seamless operations and provide a warm welcome to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead by example in delivering excellence in guest service
  • Work closely with the front office team to ensure seamless operations
  • Provide a warm welcome to our guests and ensure their needs are met
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve guest satisfaction
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a smooth guest experience

Requirements:

  • Hotel reception experience
  • Proficient in Opera
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
