Job Description
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Building Maintenance Manager to join our team in Edinburgh. The successful candidate will have a strong background in facilities management and be responsible for overseeing maintenance activities across a prestigious building.
Main Duties:
- Control of all maintenance activities, ensuring seamless delivery of services
- Collaboration with internal stakeholders to develop and implement effective maintenance strategies
- Management of maintenance budgets, ensuring cost-effective solutions
- Development and implementation of Health and Safety policies and procedures
- Reporting and analysis of maintenance performance data
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Building Maintenance Manager or similar role
- Strong understanding of facilities management principles and practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in MS Office and maintenance management software
