ON CONSTRUCTION DOMESTIC ENERGY ASSESSOR (OCDEA)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Undertake Residential Energy Assessments.
  2. Prepare SAP modelling and EPCs for new and existing buildings.
  3. Provide energy consultancy.
  4. Prepare energy strategy and decarbonisation reports.
  5. Collaborate with the construction team to ensure legislative requirements are met.

You will be a team player, be self-motivated, have attention to detail, strong communication/relationship building skills, and be competent in using Energy Modelling Software, Microsoft Office, AutoCAD.

We are looking for an experienced New Build Domestic Energy Assessor (OCDEA) with a good knowledge of construction, sustainability, planning, and building regulations, ideally within a building/construction Consultancy environment.

As a successful Energy Assessor, you will have the opportunity to work with a rapidly expanding company and be part of their ongoing success story.
