We are a team of experienced professionals dedicated to providing exceptional fire protection and security solutions to our clients. Our focus is on delivering complex projects that meet the highest standards, from design to installation and maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the sales and estimation process for new sprinkler systems project enquiries.
  • Prepare accurate cost estimates and develop comprehensive proposals.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery.
  • Develop strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
  • Present proposals to clients face-to-face or remotely.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales and estimation, particularly in the fire protection industry.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in MS office packages and ideally Autocad or Autocad view products.
  • Previous experience in a similar role or relevant industry experience.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary of £62,500 per annum, commensurate with experience.
  • 25 days' holiday plus bank holidays and option to buy 5 days and sell 2 days.

  • Bonus – You will be entitled to join the sales incentive plan.
  • 36.5 hours per week (Monday to Thursday 8:45am – 4:40pm, Friday 8:45am – 4pm).
