CBRE Enterprise EMEA seeks a highly skilled Electrical Technician to join our team. As an Electrical Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of electrical equipment and systems at assigned locations.
Responsibilities- Inspect and maintain electrical equipment and systems to ensure they are functioning properly.
- Perform repairs, replacements, and installations of electrical equipment and systems as needed.
- Advise on the shutdown of equipment when necessary to prevent damage or minimize risk.
- Follow established procedures and guidelines for electrical work.
- Collaborate with other teams to resolve issues and ensure smooth operations.
- High school diploma or equivalent, with 1-2 years of relevant experience.
- Physical ability to perform tasks that require lifting, bending, and standing for long periods.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic math skills and attention to detail.
Estimated salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
