About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sous Chef to join our team at WSH Group. As a Sous Chef, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking dishes to the highest standards, ensuring food safety and quality control.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook dishes according to recipes and standards set by the head chef
  • Oversee the production of all dishes assigned to your station and maintain a clean and organized workspace
  • Maintain high quality standards for all dishes, ensuring presentation and taste are considered at all times
  • Collaborate with the head chef to develop and taste new recipes, providing suggestions for improvement or innovation
Requirements
  • Proven experience working as a Commis Chef or similar role
  • Knowledge of various cooking techniques and cuisines
  • Strong understanding of food safety and sanitation practices
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
