Global Compensation Expert

We are seeking a seasoned Global Compensation Expert to join our global team at Annapurna. This is an excellent opportunity for a professional to drive process improvement, present complex data to senior-level stakeholders, and align people-related projects with Reward within the firm.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will work closely with the Senior Reward Manager on various global compensation activities, including delivering the firm's reward strategy and leading specialist reward and benefits projects.

They will also oversee several reward projects, annual review cycles, and pay gap reporting.

The role involves managing two direct reports and leading by example in terms of professionalism, expertise, and attitude.

Responsibilities:
  • Deliver the firm's reward strategy and lead specialist reward and benefits projects
  • Oversee multiple reward projects, annual review cycles, and pay gap reporting
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver high-quality outcomes
  • Manage two direct reports and lead by example in terms of professionalism, expertise, and attitude
Requirements:
  • Extensive experience in Compensation and Reward, including job levelling, bonus frameworks, and annual review processes
  • Proven track record of presenting complex data to senior-level stakeholders
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy of work
