About Us

Ace of Clubs is a homelessness charity dedicated to providing transformative support to those in need. As a Community and Volunteering Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in sustaining and building strong relationships with our supporters and volunteers.

Your Role

You will be responsible for coordinating and administrating our charity's volunteers, ensuring their contributions are valued and effective. This requires strong administrative, writing, and Microsoft Office skills, as well as a positive mindset and ability to adapt to diverse individuals and groups.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Support and coordinate volunteers, ensuring their contributions are valued and effective.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with supporters, volunteers, and corporate partners.
  3. Utilize Microsoft Office skills to administer and coordinate volunteer activities.
  4. Develop and implement strategies to engage and retain volunteers.
  5. Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless volunteer operations.

Requirements

  • Strong administrative, writing, and Microsoft Office skills.
  • Positive mindset and ability to adapt to diverse individuals and groups.
  • Empathy and understanding for individuals experiencing homelessness.
