About the Role:

eNL Legal Recruitment is seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancing Solicitor to join a leading regional law firm in the UK. As a key member of the property team, you will be responsible for handling a wide range of residential conveyancing transactions from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a diverse caseload of residential property matters, including transfers of equity, re-mortgaging, new developments, and sales and purchases.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide expert advice on residential property matters.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless transaction processing and excellent client service.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in conveyancing law and regulations to ensure compliance and best practice.
  • Contribute to business development and networking activities to grow the property team's reputation and client base.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) in residential conveyancing.
  • Excellent drafting and technical skills, with a strong understanding of conveyancing law and regulations.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues.
  • A commitment to delivering high-quality work and excellent client service.
  • A willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
