About the Role


We are seeking a skilled Cloud Security Strategist to join our Vulnerability Management and Remediation Operations (VMRO) team in London.



Key Responsibilities

  • Analyse public and private vulnerability disclosures and exploit code to identify potential security risks.
  • Support response and remediation efforts, collaborating with builder teams to resolve security issues efficiently.
  • Design high-quality, scalable, and accurate vulnerability detection mechanisms to enhance our cloud-based security posture.
  • Contribute to a global team, participating in periodic on-call responsibilities to ensure continuous monitoring and remediation of vulnerabilities.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • A degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Cybersecurity, or a related technical field.
  • 2+ years of experience in system, network, and/or application security or developing security products.
  • 2+ years of experience with vulnerabilities, exploits, and vulnerability management systems.
  • 2+ years of experience developing vulnerability assessment tests, tools, and exploits in Python, Java, etc.
  • 2+ years of experience building applications or systems on cloud-based services.


PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Understanding of networking and operating system internals.
  • Experience across the vulnerability management and remediation lifecycle from assessment through remediation.
  • Experience with AWS services.


Estimated Salary Range
£85,000 - £120,000 per annum
