Soft Services Manager

G4S Facilities Management is seeking a skilled Soft Services Manager to join our team at Churchill Hospital, Oxford. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and inspiring the Domestic, Porterage and Security teams to deliver exceptional service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a contract cleaning service that meets SLA, G4S, and client requirements.
  • Recruit, train, and coordinate a skilled team to maximize cleaning efficiency, performance, and safety.
  • Ensure contract conditions are met by effectively managing service delivery plans and resources.
  • Monitor and report on cleaning service performance and overall trends in service delivery, identifying areas for improvement and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to optimize delivery.
  • Oversee team learning and HR process requirements, including training attendance, absence, retention, and time-keeping management, quality of work, and behavior.

Requirements:

  • Excellent people management skills and experience in managing a team.
  • Ability to allocate and monitor workloads according to contract demands.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office/Google suite and a working knowledge of corporate systems.
