About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate DBT/DBT Skills Therapist to join our Outpatient Team at Priory Hospital Barnt Green.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality therapeutic services to clients with complex mental health needs, including Depression, Anxiety, OCD, and Trauma.
  • Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care and support for clients.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with clients, families, and other stakeholders.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of treatment plans, ensuring client-centered and evidence-based approaches.
  • Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of services.
Requirements
  • Registered and preferably Accredited with a governing body such as the BACP.
  • Specialisms such as EMDR are desirable to support complex referrals.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time efficiently.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying up-to-date with best practices in DBT and DBT Skills.
