Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Kitchen Team Member to join our team at Lounge. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for ensuring that all kitchen cleaning and food preparation standards are met, supporting our chefs to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Head Chef in maintaining a clean and well-organized kitchen environment
  • Assist in food preparation and presentation to ensure high-quality dishes are delivered to customers
  • Contribute to maintaining a safe and healthy working environment, adhering to food safety and allergen protocols
  • Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to achieve seamless service delivery

Requirements

  • A natural talent and passion for hospitality
  • Extremely driven and relentless at overcoming challenges or obstacles
  • Good communication skills with the ability to build rapport and trust
  • Self-motivator working at pace with limited supervision whilst adhering to pressure and timescales
  • Strong knowledge of best practice on all things allergens, kitchen essentials and food safety
