About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Graduate Geotechnical Engineer to join our dynamic team. As a Graduate Geotechnical Engineer, you will play a key role in supporting our multidisciplinary team on a wide range of projects, covering all aspects of clean and wastewater, water networks, and treatment facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supporting outline and detail design as part of a wider team, for projects within specified timescales
  • Assisting in the preparation and review of both Desk Study reports and Factual reports
  • Reviewing borehole logs
  • Undertaking geotechnical data analysis
  • Conducting geo-environmental data analysis
  • Undertaking any work of a technical nature that falls within ability and competence
  • Contributing to geotechnical interpretive and design reports, design recommendations, risk assessment, and geotechnical risk register
  • Complying with the requirements of the company's Integrated Management System, including Health & Safety, Environmental, and all other appropriate regulations
Requirements
  • Degree or MEng/MSc in Civil Engineering, Geotechnical Engineering, Engineering Geology, or equivalent
