Job Summary:

Antony James Recruitment Ltd is seeking dedicated C+E drivers to support their primary contract of delivering goods to supermarkets in the North East of Scotland.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate C+E vehicles on night shifts to ensure timely and safe delivery of goods.
  • Deliver goods to stores in the region, utilizing manual and electric Material Handling Equipment (MHE) for loading and unloading trailers.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations, prioritizing customer satisfaction and safety.
  • Return to the yard upon completion of deliveries, maintaining a clean and organized vehicle.

Requirements:

  • Clean C+E Licence, valid CPC, and Digi Tacho Card.
  • Minimum 2 years of demonstrable experience in C+E driving, with a strong focus on customer service and safety.
  • Over 25 years of age (for insurance purposes).
  • Experience with refrigerated and curtain-sided trailers is preferred.
  • Reliable, trustworthy, and well-presented, with excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, adapting to changing circumstances.
