Job Description


As a Quality Engineer, you will be responsible for:



  1. First Article Reporting: Identifying and reporting on quality issues related to new products or processes.
  2. Internal Quality Monitoring: Proactively monitoring product quality issues and escalating as necessary to maintain and improve standards.
  3. Root Cause Analysis: Leading cross-functional problem-solving teams to perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions, ensuring long-term quality improvements.
  4. Quality Metrics Management: Supporting the establishment and ongoing management of quality metrics to track and drive continuous improvement.
  5. Quality Management Support: Providing leadership and continuity in quality management efforts as needed.


 


Required Skills and Qualifications


To be successful in this role, you will need:



  1. Proven experience as a Quality Engineer in a fast-paced operational environment.
  2. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, for reporting and data analysis.
