Join Our Construction Team as a Site Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Site Manager to join our Construction team in Newcastle. As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for assisting in the planning, execution, and management of projects, conducting research and analysis to inform project decisions and strategies, and preparing reports, presentations, and documentation related to project activities.

About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity to gain practical, hands-on experience in Construction Management and develop essential skills to prepare for a successful career. You will work on real projects, gain valuable industry insights, and be exposed to various aspects of the business, including operations, project management, and client relations.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in the planning, execution, and management of projects
  • Conduct research and analysis to inform project decisions and strategies
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation related to project activities
  • Gain exposure to various aspects of the business, including operations, project management, and client relations
Requirements

We are looking for students undertaking a degree in Construction Management or related discipline, who have the option or requirement to complete a placement year from 2025 - 2026. You must hold a Full UK Drivers Licence with access to your own vehicle.
