We're seeking a talented student to join our Construction team as an Industrial Placement Site Manager. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in Construction Management and develop essential skills for a successful career.

As an Industrial Placement candidate, you'll work on real projects, gain valuable industry insights, and contribute to the planning, execution, and management of projects. You'll also conduct research and analysis to inform project decisions and strategies, and prepare reports, presentations, and documentation related to project activities.

This placement is ideal for students undertaking a degree in Construction Management or a related discipline, who have the option or requirement to complete a placement year. You'll have the opportunity to gain exposure to various aspects of the business, including operations, project management, and client relations.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting in the planning, execution, and management of projects.
  • Conducting research and analysis to inform project decisions and strategies.
  • Preparing reports, presentations, and documentation related to project activities.
  • Gaining exposure to various aspects of the business, including operations, project management, and client relations.

We're looking for students with a strong interest in Construction Management and eagerness to learn. You'll need to hold a Full UK Driver's Licence and have access to your own vehicle. A Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check may be required as part of the recruitment process.
