Job Overview
At Equinix, we are seeking a skilled Senior Recruiting Coordinator to join our Global Executive Talent Acquisition team. As a key member of the team, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional recruitment experiences for our executive hiring managers and candidates.

About the Role
We estimate the salary for this position to be around $85,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on location and experience. As a Senior Recruiting Coordinator, your primary focus will be on providing efficient and effective processes for the Global Executive Talent Acquisition team. You will be responsible for interview scheduling, CV filtering, and other TA delivery activities under the direction of the team.

Detailed Responsibilities
  • Briefly, here are some of the main responsibilities of this role:
  • Schedule candidate interviews and manage logistics, including virtual & onsite interview coordination, possible booking of travel if necessary.
  • Respond to basic queries from employees, managers, and candidates regarding the recruitment process.
  • Maintain candidate interview tracking in the candidate tracking system.
  • Provide regular and relevant reporting on benchmark progress.
  • Schedule & monitor role-related meetings, including weekly status, prep, & debrief calls.
