We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our team as an Anaesthetic, Scrub and Recovery ODP at the Robert Jones and Agnes Hunt Orthopaedic Hospital NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of the Theatre team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient-focused care and ensuring the highest standards of patient care.

About the Role
  • You will manage your workload independently in a highly specialist area, utilising your knowledge, skills, and experience to undertake duties competently.
  • Demonstrating complex communication and relationship skills will be crucial in promoting effective liaison throughout the Unit team and with the wider multidisciplinary team.
  • Health and Safety will be a top priority, ensuring that staff, patients, and visitors are protected from harm.
  • You will provide accurate and timely collection and submission of Theatre activity data using manual and computerized systems.
  • Maintaining safe and quality care for patients within the Unit, adhering to Trust and Unit policies will be essential.
  • You will understand and adhere to all Trust and Unit policies, procedures, and mandatory training.
  • Participating in risk management, identifying and analyzing potential risks will be a key aspect of this role.
What We Offer
