Customer Experience Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Aftersales Manager to join our team at Pybus Recruitment Ltd. As a key member of our service department, you will be responsible for assisting the Aftersales Manager in the effective management of the dealership's aftersales function.
Key Responsibilities- Support the Aftersales Manager in the day-to-day operations of the service department, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Maximise Resource Utilisation by identifying opportunities to improve productivity and reduce waste, ensuring that the department is run in the most effective manner.
- Deliver Exceptional Customer Service by anticipating and identifying customer needs, and taking responsibility for resolving customer problems in a timely and professional manner.
- Build Strong Relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders, demonstrating exceptional product knowledge and communicating this effectively to build long-term profitable relationships.
- Act as a Subject Matter Champion by sharing knowledge, skills, and expertise with colleagues to improve business performance and profit.
- Identify Opportunities for Improvement by analysing data and identifying areas for improvement, and implementing changes to drive business growth.
- Previous Experience in a similar role within a car dealership environment.
- Full and Valid Driving Licence.
