Job Description:

We're seeking an experienced Electrical Engineering Specialist to join our team at Acorn by Synergie. As part of our client's operations, you'll perform preventative maintenance and inspection work to professional standards. This role involves underpinning manufacturing performance, identifying improvement opportunities through collaborative working, and ensuring that changes to plant, process procedures, and organisation are appropriately risk-assessed.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum HNC level in electrical or process control engineering
  • Relevant plant experience in electrical/process control systems
  • Ability to supervise personnel in the safe execution of engineering repair work
  • Good understanding of electrical safety
  • Experience with industrial/domestic wiring, AC and DC motor/gearbox drive systems, digital drives, and PLCs
  • SAP knowledge and basic Microsoft IT skills

Estimated Salary: £29,307 per annum + bonus

Work Arrangements:

This is a day shift role, 7am-3pm, with opportunities for self-study and attendance on courses to develop expertise and stay up-to-date with maintenance techniques and equipment development.
