Maintenance Technical Lead

Job Summary:

This is an exciting opportunity to join Acorn by Synergie as a Maintenance Technical Lead. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing site through effective maintenance and repair of electrical systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To oversee the maintenance and repair of electrical systems, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.
  • To lead a team of engineers and contractors to deliver high-quality maintenance services.
  • To monitor and improve maintenance efficiency and effectiveness, reducing downtime and increasing productivity.
  • To develop and maintain expertise in maintenance techniques and share knowledge with colleagues.
  • To issue certificates of isolation and conduct risk assessments for process changes.
  • To provide technical guidance to identify opportunities for improving plant performance and safety.

Requirements:

  • A strong background in electrical engineering, preferably with several years of experience in a heavy manufacturing environment.
