About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Talent & Culture Manager to join our team at Southpaw, a strategic creative agency. As a key member of our senior leadership team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our positive and inclusive culture.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement people initiatives that enhance our culture and make Southpaw a brilliant place to work.
  • Manage the day-to-day elements of the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, learning and development, and performance reviews.
  • Drive through various people-related initiatives, working closely with the senior leadership team.
  • Manage the smooth transitions of leavers and ensure a seamless employee experience.
