Cambridge/Milaca, MN – Mental Health Therapist Opportunity

Lighthouse Child & Family Services is seeking a skilled Mental Health Therapist to join our team in Cambridge and Milaca, MN. As a Mental Health Therapist, you will provide clinical mental health services to students and their families within school district buildings, as well as in-home and community settings as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide individual, family, and group psychotherapy or skills training to students and their families
  • Complete documentation and data collection in a timely manner
  • Attend school meetings and collaborate with school personnel
  • Work independently and organize and maintain client appointments
  • Demonstrate ability and skills to use EHR system and Microsoft Products

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in a behavioral science field (psychology, social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy, and/or related field)
  • Licensure completed or on licensure track as LMFT, LPCC, LP, or LICSW in the State of Minnesota
  • Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, valid automobile insurance, and acceptable driving record
  • Pass a criminal background check through MN DHS (including fingerprints and photograph)
