Job Title: Mental Health Occupational Therapist - Care Coordinator Role

We are seeking a skilled Mental Health Occupational Therapist to fill a Care Coordinator role in Cambridge. The ideal candidate will have experience working in an acute hospital-based setting and a strong understanding of mental health principles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support patients in managing their mental health needs
  • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to provide high-quality patient care
  • Develop and implement effective care plans to promote patient well-being

Requirements:

  • Current registration with the HCPC as an Occupational Therapist
  • Proven experience working in mental health settings
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
