About the Role">

We are looking for an experienced Occupational Therapist or Physiotherapist with a passion for working with and improving the lives of older people.

This position is open to staff working at the Trust in the 'ECT Family' this includes current East Cheshire NHS Trust employees, both NHSP and ECT bank staff, ISS staff and volunteers at the Trust.

The role involves working autonomously and as part of a team, prioritizing workload, achieving a balance between clinical and other aspects of the role, and being proactive, taking own initiative.

Experience of completing and contributing to audit/research, contributing to the teaching and mentoring of staff & members of the MDT is also required.

The estimated salary for this position is approximately £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience.
