Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated Shift Supervisor to lead, inspire, and motivate a team to join our welcoming Starbucks Store.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the store when the Manager is not present, ensuring seamless operations and customer satisfaction.
- Lead and engage the team to promote sales, increase profitability, and maintain high-quality customer service.
- Assist in maintaining store cleanliness, preparing beverages, and serving customers.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets and improve store performance.
- Participate in late-night working and closing of the store, ensuring a smooth transition and maintaining store security.
Requirements:
- Supervisory experience or experience in hospitality/retail with a willingness to step into a managerial role.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a focus on team motivation and development.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends.
