Starbucks Shift Supervisor Job Description

Role Overview: We are seeking a dedicated Shift Supervisor to lead and motivate our team at our welcoming Starbucks Store.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the store when the Manager is not present, ensuring smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
  • Lead and engage the team to promote sales, increase profitability, and maintain high standards of store cleanliness and customer service.
  • Assist with beverage preparation, serving customers, and maintaining a positive store environment.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales targets and improve store performance.
  • Participate in late-night working and closing of the store, ensuring a safe and secure environment.

Requirements:

  • Supervisory experience is desirable, but not essential. We welcome applications from those with hospitality/retail experience and a willingness to step into a managerial role.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and lead by example.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including late nights and weekends.
