Join Our Team as a Commercial Lawyer

We are seeking a talented Commercial Lawyer to join our team at Brodies, a leading UK law firm headquartered in Scotland. As a Commercial Lawyer, you will play a key role in advising clients on a range of commercial matters, including contracts, mergers and acquisitions, and regulatory issues.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Advising clients on commercial contracts, including drafting and negotiating agreements
  • Assisting with mergers and acquisitions, including due diligence and transactional work
  • Providing regulatory advice on energy and infrastructure projects
  • Working with the Oil and Gas team to advise on upstream and downstream operations
  • Assisting with the development of new business opportunities and relationships
Requirements:
  • 4-10 years of PQE in commercial law
  • Strong knowledge of commercial law, including contracts and regulatory issues
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
