Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver person-centered care that meets the unique needs and preferences of each resident.
  • Lead by example in promoting a culture of quality, respect, and dignity within the care team.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless delivery of care and support services.
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
  • Communicate effectively with residents, families, and colleagues to ensure their needs are met and their voices are heard.
  • Contribute to the maintenance of a clean and safe environment that promotes the well-being of residents.
  • Adhere to Westward Care's policies and procedures, including those related to health and safety, confidentiality, and data protection.
Requirements
  • Enhanced DBS disclosure required.
  • Flexibility to work unsocial hours, including nights, weekends, and Bank Holidays as necessary.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team and contribute to a positive and supportive work environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
