Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced bicycle technician to join our team at Dees Cycles. As a senior cycle mechanic, you will be responsible for servicing and repairing bicycles, as well as maintaining a clean and safe environment for customers and staff.

Responsibilities
  • Booking in, service/repair bicycles, liaising with customers as required before, during and after servicing.
  • Build and check new bikes ready for sale/display/test rides.
  • Maintain a clean, safe environment for customers and staff.
  • Help out as necessary throughout the shop, including sales, stock handling, etc.
Requirements

For this position, we are looking for an individual with at least two years' experience as a bicycle mechanic, preferably with Cytec level 2 or higher. A good command of spoken and written English is necessary, as well as basic IT skills. We value willingness and initiative to identify work that needs doing in any part of the shop, and to carry this out as part of the team.
