Key Responsibilities

  • Provide operations support by analyzing systems, researching problems, and maintaining/coordinating different applications.
  • Drive continuous improvements of processes through innovative ideas, enhanced automations/monitoring with platforms like Elastic (Kibana), RPA, and more.
  • Work closely with Openlink - ENDUR to ensure end-of-day data/workflows management.
  • Gather specific requirements from business and embedded IT teams to provide solutions via incident and service request management.
  • Coordinate and work closely with business and IT stakeholders in quick issue resolutions, including incident management, problem management, maintenance patching activities, and configurations/user management.
  • Collaborate with development teams and business stakeholders in a DevOps model to develop enhancements and coordinate efforts.
  • Be prepared for shift rotations with 24*7 on-call and occasional travel requirements.
  • Experience working with functionalities of APM, simulations, EOD batch/risk reports, or trade life cycle.
  • Experience in at least one scripting language (PowerShell, Python) and database language (Oracle, MS SQL, MongoDB, Postgres, or Snowflake).
  • CI/CD deployment pipeline involving Azure DevOps, Team City, Git, Jenkins, and more.
  • Basic knowledge in customer support, requirements analysis, and alignment with existing systems.
  • Interest in gaining IT Operations best practices and DevOps.

Desirable Skills

  • Functional and business knowledge in Endur across Front Office, Risk, and Back office in the areas of Deal modeling and structure.
  • Knowledge in AVS/JVS scripting and open component development.
  • Automating existing processes with creating dashboards in monitoring tools via Elastic (Kibana), Python, and more.
